I ordered from Dell's Ducks and, to be fair, the package did show up and everything was in there, so I wouldn’t call them unreliable. The tracking worked most of the time too. My main issue was that shipping felt slower than expected, and there wasn’t much communication while I was waiting. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies that doesn’t really tell you anything, which was a little annoying. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

I ordered from dellsducks.com and the minimum order thing was easy enough to understand. I was only trying to get a couple ducks at first, so I was kind of annoyed that I had to order more than that. But at the same time, I guess if you're buying live ducks, it's not exactly like ordering a pair of socks, so it makes sense even if it still felt inconvenient.
I do understand they probably need enough birds together so they stay warm and make it safely, which is important. I just wish there was some easier option for small backyard folks, because not everyone needs a whole bunch at once. Overall it went fine though, and I ended up planning the order with a friend, so it worked out.

Communication was okay overall, but the tracking updates showed up late and just confused me. Feels like they dropped the ball a bit there, because I shouldn’t have had to guess where my order was

I got the breed I ordered, and the colors were close to the pictures. One duck was a little lighter than I expected, but that might just be me being picky or looking at the photos too much beforehand. Not a big deal though, I’m happy with the order overall.
